Justin Salutes winners will be chosen at the discretion of Western Horseman. All nominees considered will be from the ages of 16-23 who have shown outstanding leadership skills in equine education and equine activities.
Boot prizes will be at the discretion of Justin Boots with the winners receiving a gift certificate that is redeemable through Justin Boots.
